[MonoTouch] Mono Tools for VS: Status on use with MonoTouch and MonoMac?

I'm a big fan of Visual Studio as well. MonoDevelop is nice, but it's nowhere
near VS. Working with MonoDevelop is also for some reason, slow. It has a
'lag' with a lot of things, like it's running on a slow computer. Not nice.
But pushing projects over to a pc and back to mac for debugging etc is even
more annoying and counterproductive ;) I hope the MD team will put more
effort in making MD faster, giving it a VS like experience.
