[MonoTouch] Mono Tools for VS: Status on use with MonoTouch and MonoMac?

Also, I need Resharper and other tools. I agree MonoDevelop is nice, but I
skilled VisualStudio. I hope that MonoTouch can be handled in VisualStudio.
