[MonoTouch] Mono Tools for VS: Status on use with MonoTouch and MonoMac?

Without moving your projects over manually, and there are some web
pages around to do that, MT and Visual Studio will never fit well.
This is mostly due to Apple requiring a Mac for development. You can't
install the SDK on windows.

Of course, if you split up your app well, you can write all the non
visual stuff in VS and the more visual side in MD on mac....
