[MonoTouch] How about using Visual Studio with MonoTouch?

Yeah, use Parallels, I'm very happy with them. I can even associate file
types too work in either system, for example, if I double click on a .avi
file in my windows system, VLC in mac will play the movie. pretty neat. the
main issue for me is how to write the post build scripts to run in OS X...
