[MonoDevelop] GTK# 2.99 support for monodevelop?

Not yet, no. The port would be a lot of work with few immediate benefits
and a high chance of regressions. In particular we've done a lot of work on
GTK 2.x itself on Mac and Windows that would have to be ported too.
