[MonoDevelop] GTK# 2.99 support for monodevelop?

What do you recommend to use to create the interface?

I has several projects on GTK# 2.12 and Stetic. And i like Stetic. But i see
that no body have plans to develop in the future Stetic.

I will start long support project with many ui work(very desirable to have
an editor), this is business application for work with database.

My basic requirements, i want develop on linux cross-platform
application(for Windows and Mac too).
XWT don't have ui editor. What about future?
Stetic not have plans for progress.
GTK# 2.99 + Glade ?
May be something else.
