[MonoDevelop] Xamarin Studio - PackageNotInstalled error (no name shown)

Hi,

I'm on a Windows 7 machine, and installed MonoDevelop via the Xamarin Studio
(4.0.13-38) installer; I've also used the gtk-sharp-2.12.22.msi installer
after the fact, theoretically updating my copy of Gtk#.

Out of the blue, I've started getting an error upon loading my project.

"The following add-ins could not be started:
Full Path:
Error: Error while evaluating condition 'PackageNotInstalled'
Exception: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an
instance of an object."
...

I am very new to Mono and have no idea how to resolve this.  My project's
active runtime is set to Microsoft.NET.

Attached are a screencap of the error and the output of the Help logs.  Can
anyone assist me on this?
