[MonoDevelop] How to specify --runtime=v4.0 ?

I'm using monodevelop to work on Banshee.

LinuxMint 15

In order to run from the command line, I have to specify:

mono --runtime=v4.0

Within monodevelop, I can see how I to specify command options using the 
"Run With-->Custom Parameters..."

But how do I tell monodevelop to use --runtime=v4.0 for the normal 
"Start without Debugging CTRL-F5" and "Start Debugging F5" menu commands?
