[MonoDevelop] PDF Link not working on Tutorial 3

[Martin Lightheart]

In firefox I tried to download the pdf for Tutorial 3 (Hello, iPhone)  
from this page:

http://docs.xamarin.com/guides/ios/getting_started/hello%2C_world

Nothing happened.  I tried firefox and safari.  Any ideas?

Here is the link that comes up:

I am able to download the sample code from the page.  And I was able to 
download the pdf from Tutorial 4.
