[MonoDevelop] UNSUBSCRIBE

Hrmm, that's weird. I just tried unsubscribing myself and the email
arrived within seconds. Just in case it has gotten caught by spam
filters, the sender is 'monodevelop-list-request at lists.ximian.com' and
it will have the word 'confirm' in the subject, along with a randomly
generated string.

If you are definitely not receiving the unsubscription emails, one
option would be to simply filter all emails from this list straight to
trash and email the administrator directly to see if they can
unsubscribe you: monodevelop-list-owner at lists.ximian.com
