[MonoDevelop] Changing the auto-formatting behavior

Mike,

Could you clarify this statement:

"In 3.0 the wrapping got turned on in the default settings by accident - it
wasn't finished therefore there are no options to turn that off (or on)."

I have been quite annoyed with the way formatting (automatic and by
command) seems to be broken in the most recent MD, it sounds like you may
be saying there is a remedy, I am not sure.
