[MonoDevelop] Changing the auto-formatting behavior

Hi

Since the option isn't exposed you can't do it from user side. You can 
just disable on the fly formatting and not formatting manually.
In 3.0.2 the on the fly formatting doesn't auto wrap anymore. That's 
what I recommend for now. The typing in 3.0.2 should be much more smooth.
But it seems that manual formatting still does the wrapping (!).

It's really fixed in the monodevelop master version. There you've either 
build it yourself or wait for the 3.1 version.
