[MonoDevelop] Changing the auto-formatting behavior

Hi

It's in the IDE options - behaviour options -> on the fly formatting.
In 3.0 the wrapping got turned on in the default settings by accident - 
it wasn't finished therefore there are no options to turn that off (or on).
