[MonoDevelop] Do you have the same issues with Monodevelop 2.6?

Hey,

Most of these should be reported as bugs along with as much information as
possible to allow us to reproduce the issue. Stuff like mysterious extra
folders should definitely be reported. Issues 4 and 5 would be easy to fix
and noone is likely to object to the feature either.
