[MonoDevelop] GTK# references for MD 2.8.1 on ubuntu 11.10

Please don't make this a distro flame war. I'm just asking if someone knows
what's needed to do in order for MD to be built with GTK/Gnome components
available as references because they are not found on the GAC for some
reason.

I don't want to be rude, but if you are going to reply with "switch to X
distro" or "mine is better than yours" or anything that has NOTHING to do
with the question itself then do us a favor and don't reply.

And btw, thanks to all who supports all technologies behind mono
