[MonoDevelop] MD 2.3.1 problem

Like I said, you have a broken install. You have installed 2.4 over
2.2 without removing 2.2 first.

There is no MonoDevelop.Core.Gui.dll in 2.4 - you still have the 2.2
MonoDevelop.Core.Gui.dll in the install directories, and the addin
loader has loaded it.
