[MonoDevelop] MD 2.3.1 problem

Checked the 2.3.1 tarballs and there isn't a directory called
MonoDevelop.Core.Gui. There is one in the 2.2.2 tarball under src/core.
It looks more likely that this is the cause of the problem!
