[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop code metrics addin

Hi,
I have been working on the code metrics addin and so far a couple of
people(mkruger, mhutch, tak and antileet) have used it. I have on my hand a
couple of bugs to fix, but it would be great if some more members of the
community could take a look and give some feedback (bugs, enhancement,
flame). The source code is here
