[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop code metrics addin

Hi

Looks good so far. But it needs some work/bugfixing. I'll submit it when
it can do a code metric of monodevelop without crash.

One suggestion (may currently not work because of the exceptions) - when
opening the view should show & all processing should be done on a
background worker thread. Currently when I metric monodevelop the IDE
gets locked for a long time.
