[MonoDevelop] ConfigurationSelector

I got MonoDevelop 2.2.1 built. I am running via "make run". However,
when I try to build my F# project the C# compiler crashes. I am still
running mono 2.4.2.3. Also mono itself seems to be throwing a SIGSEGV.
I guess I will build mono 2.6.1 next to see if compiler crash goes
away.
