Hi Michael,
1) I built MD 2.2.1 as you suggested and run via "make run" in
order to not break things.
2) I set MONO_PATH and my compiler crashes went away ... .yeah ....
Upgrading to MD 2.2.1 didn't solve my ConfigurationSelector problem:
/home/vasili/Projects/FSharpBinding/FSharpBinding/FSharpBinding.cs(75,144):
error CS0234: The type or namespace name `ConfigurationSelector' does
not exist in the namespace `MonoDevelop.Projects'. Are you missing an
assembly reference?

Did I not do all as suggested?
