[MonoDevelop] Integration to TFS Source Control

I believe the interface/api into TFS is open, as there are other components
for continuous integration tools that can hook into TFS for get triggers for
builds etc.

So, in the absence of any existing plug-in that provides TFS
Checkin/Checkout integration in MonoDevelop, it is possible for us to roll
our own plugin for MonoDevelop - correct?
