[MonoDevelop] importe png

Hi,

I try to do a xaml designer addon but I have an issue with the toolbar.
The toolbar provider is not ok because I do not want to drag and drop on
drawing area but have a toolbar of toggle button which choose the current
tool.
I have done my own toolbar but the issue is that icon is not show. I have
try with icon from stocks ever used and that work but when I try my own icon
added within the manifest with extention "

/MonoDevelop/Core/StockIcons"

it do not work. I have try to load it from resource but do not work
either...
I have added my icons on project and select compile= import in resource.

I think it is a mistake on resource size or something else.
