It's one of the best-written project proposals I've seen for SoC --- I
hope I can convince the other mentors to vote for it :-)

It would be a good idea to add some background about why you would be
a good student for us to pick for this project, descibing experience
you have, especially experience relevant to the project.

I'd also suggest renaming the "Implementation strategy" section to
"Deliverables", since that's the terminology we use for the goals that
have to be met in order to to pass the evaluation.
