[MonoDevelop] Mono and freedesktop XDG folders specification

Hi all,
I would like to know if mono is freedesktop XDG folders specification
compliant
(http://standards.freedesktop.org/basedir-spec/latest/ar01s03.html)
And does someone know what is correspond with $XDG_CONFIG_HOME
$XDG_DATA_HOME?
