[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop for Windows

Many thanks for the clarification. I was under wrong impression that Mono
Develop was for Windows as well, but not just yet. I was thinking of porting
my Windows app to GTK#, but in this case I may first want to try porting it
Mono implementation of Windows Forms.
