[MonoDevelop] Call to translators

Following the discovery of several problems with the escaping and
unescaping of strings, particularly in the Regex toolkit addin, the po
files have been updated again.

There may be one last update after the 1.0 RC1 release if more
translation issues are found  -- e.g. some minor issues have already
been noted elsewhere in this email conversation.
