[MonoDevelop] Call to translators

Hi,

I'll started to translate MD to German. If anyone else will help with 
german translation it would be nice to get in contact.

I translated the BooBinding. The patch is attached. Furthermore I 
noticed a small typo. In de.po at line 141 there is a "scollback" which 
should be
"scrollback" in my opinion.
