[MonoDevelop] Dutch translations

Hey all,

The last week I spent some time on writing Dutch translations for 
MonoDevelop. I created the pot file with svn revision 90630 instead of 
the (at that time) newest revision, as the intltool failed on the 
current svn revision due to a new directory structure. I also found some 
small textual errors and some texts that are not yet translatable though 
should be. Since my bugzilla account is broken I will mail them to this 
list in a separate mail. Attached is the current .po file which contains 
the translations of all the strings.

I'm not sure whether the file should be called "nl.po" or "nl_NL.po". 
nl_BE is also an existing language code, which corresponds to the part 
of Belgium where they also speak Dutch. The language is the same, so the 
file should apply for both.
