[MonoDevelop] Crashes when saving project after adding menu item.

Well, Jay makes a valid point. If you don't know what packages you are
supposed to install it can take quite a while until you figured out
which ones are needed from the ubuntu repository.

I once assembled a list (1) of necessary packages which is slightly out
of date when you are building on a prestine Gutsy. Two or three packages
are missing as i discovered recently. It worked ok on Feisty though, but
i should check that probably. Maybe we should complete it and put it
somewhere on monodevelop.com in the "howto-build-from svn" section?
