[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop Installer for Windows

Thanks Sandy.
I know the SharpDevelop and really is very good. But the idea is to use a
single IDE under Windows and Linux. It is good for the developers work with
a standard IDE (i am talking of developers of commercial applications).
