[MonoDevelop] ASP.NET MVC

Hey folks,

    One of the opportunities in the horizon for us will be to support
ASP.NET MVC in MonoDevelop.   

    The big difference between the MVC support and the traditional
ASP.NET WebForms support is that the former will require very little in
the form of IDE support, mostly project templates to get most of the
work done.   As opposed to the traditional ASP.NET WebForms editor which
has plenty of work behind it.

    This is not stuff based on not-released stuff, but I figured when
this comes out, it is likely going to be low-hanging fruit.
