[MonoDevelop] Moving to 2.0

I'm very excited with this change, that I have been waiting for months!
What I would like to know is if there will be any changes to the
Parser interfaces soon, so generics can be expressed (as there are now
AbstractField, AbstractMethod and so on...) I think that's a required
change to start "porting" the existing add-ins to the new MD.
