[MonoDevelop] Moving to 2.0

There was, at least a few versions ago, if you remember my CodeFolding patch
I sent you, most of it were fixes to the parser reported positions. Not sure
if you had fixed that already.
Ok, great job :) I'll try to play with it and test :)
