[MonoDevelop] pt_BR translation update and some POTFILES.in suggestions

Hi great MonoDevelop hackers,

Attached is a patch to update the pt_BR translation and do a small fix
in POTFILES.in with this ChangeLog entry:

2006-04-06  Rafael Teixeira <rafaelteixeirabr at hotmail.com>
        * pt_BR.po: Updated Brazilian Portuguese translation.
        * POTFILES.in: Commented '#' first line '[encoding: UTF-8]' to
avoid generating a broken Makefile

May I commit?

Also attached is a diff for POTFILES.in with some C# sources added by
grepping for .GetString. I'm not sure which of them should really be
added (the ./unused/... ones I already dropped), as some may be too
unstable or just dead code lying around, please use my diff as a
reminder and correct/update POTFILES.in as needed. Also I didn't add
any glade or xft files that may be missing.

As I'm currently working a lot with Java and even fixing Java VMs
(JamVM/Kaffe) and GNU Classpath code, I think I may partly borrow the
title (Javaman) from my friend Bruno Souza and become the
MonoNJavaMan. Yeah, I may currently be crazier than usual...
