[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop GUI Designer

I installed Mono_1.1.14, with MonoDevelop 0.10, yesterday. Should I be
able to use the Stetic GUI Designer?

At the moment I have a new Solution called GuiBuilderTest it contains
the following

A project called GuiBuilderTest which contains

    References
        gdk-sharp
        glade-sharp
        glib-sharp
        gtk-sharp
        pango-sharp
        system

    Resources 
        gui.stetic

    User Interface
        MainWindow

    AssemblyInfo.cs
    Main.cs
    MainWindow.cs


If I Right mouse click on the object MainWindow under Interface and
select Open from the context menu, MainWindow.cs is loaded into the text
editor panel. But I don't seem able to load anything resembling a GUI
Designer.

The various Widgets are available, but there is no where to place them
(the lights are on but no one is home).
