[MonoDevelop] GUI Designer

Hello Mark,

To my knowledge you can use the gnome GUI designer called "Glade", to 
design your interface and then use the Monodevelop IDE to program the 
events. Sorry I am not more specific, I am still learning C#, and the 
Mono framework myself and have yet to get to GTK# and GUI programming.
