[MonoDevelop] GUI Designer

Hi,

I'm looking for a decent RAD environment for Linux and have tried 
MonoDevelop, but am slightly frustrated by its lack of GUI Designer.  
I've heard that there's work on one, but MonoDevelop feels half-complete 
without a GUI Designer integrated into the Development Environment.  I 
have very limited development skills, but am willing to help on docs or 
anything else that is needed  (Not too time-consuming, the day job takes 
up 80% of my life)

Has a standard for GUI design been decided upon?
