[MonoDevelop] Improviments to MonoDevelop

Olá Rafael,

One of improviments is a creation of templates to
MonoBasic. Which the current state of sintax highlight
of MonoBasic in MonoDevelop?

Another improvment is create template and sintax
highlight for Boo language. What do you think about
this?
