[MonoDevelop] Improviments to MonoDevelop

Oi Everaldo,

I agree with Todd it's better if you work with the MonoDevelop team,
instead of doing on a separate effort. Just study a bit the plug-in
APIs, and discuss in the list how they are going to evolve, and start
sending tested patches.

I have the pleasure to meet you personally in Curitiba, and I would
love to have you contributing to make MD the best IDE we can think of
and build.
