Peter Johanson has been working on a Boo addin, and has some syntax
highlighting and templates for it already, these will be checked into
svn soon.

Before we create an svn account for you, checkout the latest tree from:

svn co svn://www.monodevelop.com/svn/monodevelop/trunk/MonoDevelop

and send some patches in that start to add the functionality you want.
