[Mono-ue] Build Preview 4 with 4.4 on Mac

Not sure if this helps but I had issues running the patches in the github
tool's git shell. Something probably wasn't setup right. However I ran them
through the standard Git bash installed with git for windows and this
worked.

I have downloaded and successfully built 4.4 on my machine.
I then copy over the preview files.
When I attempt to run the patch, I get the following:

   /Users/william/projects/UnrealEngine/.git/rebase-apply/patch
When you have resolved this problem, run "git am --continue".
If you prefer to skip this patch, run "git am --skip" instead.
To restore the original branch and stop patching, run "git am --abort".

Does the 4.4 branch already have some of these patches?
