Haven't used it myself, but note that there is a wxWidgets interface for
Mono/.NET: http://wxnet.sourceforge.net/

wxWidgets wraps GTK+ on Linux/Unix, Aqua (Carbon?) on Mac OS X, and
Win32 on Windows, so you can write a more-or-less native-feel app with a
single GUI codebase.

(As always having a _really_ native feel may require further tweaks per
platform, since they don't all behave the same. I can't imagine it's any
worse than Java/SWT though.)
