Thanks for noticing that mix up in the links, I have fixed the links now.

I have had a quick look. monodoc is a separate application.
On Ubuntu, I just installed it with: sudo apt-get install monodoc-browser
and then MonoDevelop makes use of it, when you hit F1.
On CentOS, you can do: yum install monodoc, from Epel.
