Ah. On fedora 19 , I had monodoc installed but there is
mono-tools-monodoc which contains the monodoc command. So, I now get a
help window.
But, it is unsettling to be mixing packages from separate installations.
I think mono-tools contains that command. I will have to check again but
I had some problem building that led me to set the task aside.
