AFAIK, there isn't any connection between XML comments written into
mcs/class/* types and the documentation in monodoc/class/*.

At least, I've written no such integration, don't see any such
integration in monodoc/class/Makefile, and don't plan on writing it...

(Though it would be ~trivial to do so -- rocks-playground does something
similar at the moment to extract XML doc comments and import them into
monodoc format...)
