1. the process is a bit manual : you submit corrections and someone at Novell (Miguel I think) put your changes back into the the official documentation... Huge task and long way to go to document / normalize eveything ! 

2. I don't remember exactly how the structure is synchronized between the comment extracted from the C# code files and the documentation repository... :-(
