Is what the line according to and correct:

mcs connect_pgsql.cs -r System.Data.dll -r
Mono.Data.PostgreSqlClient.dll
warning CS8029: Compatibility: Use -r:LIBRARY instead
of -r library

of -r library
error CS0006: Cannot find assembly
`Mono.Data.PostgreSqlClient.dll'
