[Mono-list] 1.2.2.1 download PPC Yast for suse 10.1

Ah, thanks for catching this.  10.1 ppc was configured to use a yast
repository, while x86 and x86_64 were using rpm-md (yum).  This has been
fixed.

I'm unable to build 10.2 rpms because the box I'm doing ppc builds has
too old of a kernel to host 10.2.  It's possible to use the mono-core
and noarch rpms from 10.1 on 10.2 though.
