The simple layers of Indigo can be implemented without much sweat.
But it is very important to have regression tests all the way through.
The part that will require collaboration with other groups is the part
where you have to implement the transaction and messaging features, as
we want to reuse the work to also expose a EnterpriseServices API at
some point.
